		<description>I am actually an author of one of the blogs, i.e. &quot;Third Tier Reality,&quot; cited in Sloan&#039;s article.  Even Professor Herwig Schlunk of Vanderbilt University Law School concludes that law school is a bad investment for most.  His paper is entitled, &quot;Mamas, Don&#039;t Let Your Babies Grow Up to be Lawyers.&quot;  It is a quick and informative read.
